When is Solutrans 2027?
Solutrans 2027 takes place from 16 to 20 November 2027 (Eurexpo Lyon, Lyon). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 25 September 2026.
How much does a stand at Solutrans cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand, €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand and from €190k excl. VAT for a 500 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Solutrans 2027?
For a custom stand, before 27 July 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you display vehicles on the stand?
Yes. Access, floor protection, lighting and staging are planned in coordination with the organiser’s schedule.
Do you work in Lyon?
Yes, we build regularly at Eurexpo Lyon with our own crews.
