When is SantExpo 2027?
SantExpo 2027 takes place from 25 to 27 May 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 25 September 2026.
How much does a stand at SantExpo cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for SantExpo 2027?
For a custom stand, before 2 February 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you recreate a hospital environment on the stand?
Yes. A patient room, care station or consultation room recreated to demonstrate your solutions in context.
Can the stand be used at other healthcare shows?
Yes. Our modular stands adapt to MEDICA, the JFR or other congresses throughout the year.
