Before you send your request.

Are you a stand builder or an event agency?

Both, since 2013. As a stand builder, we design, build in our own workshop and install stands from 6 to 500 m²+. As a brand experience agency, we also produce events, showrooms and pop-up stores: one partner for your brand’s whole presence in France.

We are an international company. Can you handle our stand in France?

Yes, it is a large part of our work. Your project manager speaks English, handles the organiser, the venue rules and French safety certificates, and keeps you updated at every step. You only need to fly in for the show.

Do you also organise corporate events?

Yes: corporate conferences and seminars, corporate parties and galas, and product launches, from 50 to 3,000 guests. We find the venue, build the sets in our workshop and run the technical production and show control on the day, in Paris, across France and in Europe.

What is the minimum budget to work with Rockstar Event?

Our projects start at €5k excl. VAT, for a 6 m² stand. The budget then varies with size, finish level and your industry’s requirements, up to stands of 500 m²+, conventions and immersive installations.

How far in advance should we contact you?

Ideally 3 to 4 months before the show for a custom stand, and 5 to 6 months for a project over 300 m². We can meet shorter deadlines with modular formats, so get in touch even if the date is close.

Do you build the stands yourselves?

Yes. Our in-house workshop handles joinery, paint, light metalwork and printing. This is how we control quality, lead times and last-minute adjustments.

Do you handle build-up and breakdown?

Always. Our crews build and dismantle your stand, led by the project manager who followed the design. We also handle transport and storage between shows.

How does a first contact work?

You fill in our quote request form in two minutes. A project manager gets back to you within 48 business hours to clarify the brief, then we send you a first creative and budget proposal.
